Pražstí hráči Frisbee a Crossfit
Díky Héřovi (hráči Prague Devils a české reprezentace) za to co napsal, nejen o CrossFit Praha. Petr k nám chodí cvičit nejméně třikrát týdně a neustále se zlepšuje. Doufám, že ta jeho letošní Frisbee sezona bude hodně povedená…

When Blair came through and visited our Crossfit gym in Prague last fall, we really were excited to meet him and hear about his plans to travel the world and visit Crossfit gyms all over the globe. We are happy to say he’s doing great (just watch this insane workout during this Crossfit Copenhagen competition he completes) and we hope for Crossfit Praha that Blair makes another trip back here to workout in our gym and throw the kettle bell around!
