We hereby invite all CrossFitters to participate in the 3rd annual FIT AS FU*K CrossFit Challenge.

Date: 22. September 2012 (all day)
Where: Copenhagen area, Denmark

Number of work-outs: 4-5
Scoring system: CrossFit Games 2011-scoring

Butcher’s Garage Even Stronger Challenge 2011

EVENT 1: ”BUTCHER’S EVEN STRONGER COMBINE”
Each team member needs to participate in 2 of the following events:

• STANDING HURDLE JUMP: The athlete will perform a jump for maximum height over an agility hurdle. Score is the maximal height completed without knocking off the crossbar.
• AMRAP BENCH PRESS: The athlete will perform as many reps as possible in bench press, 100 kg for men and 50 kg for women. The reps need to be performed unbroken.
• AMRAP FATBAR CLEAN & PRESS: The athlete will perform as many reps as possible in clean and press with a specially constructed fatbar. The weight of the bar is approximately 80 kg for men and 40 kg for women.

Timelimit: 15 min
Score: results from the hurdle jump, the bench press and clean & press count as 3 separate events

Nejvíc zranění se stane při jízdě na kole, fotbalu, běhání nebo basketbalu. Nejrizikovějším obdobím, které zraněním svědčí nejvíc, jsou přitom začátky, kdy se teprve seznamujete s novým druhem sportovní aktivity. Neovládáte totiž techniku a nemáte vyzkoušeno, co vše vaše tělo ještě snese.
