Strach zo svalov a CrossFit…

Nedávno som zdieľal článok, ktorý sa volá : „The fear of bulkiness and CrossFit“. Keďže je to podľa môjho názoru skvelý článok, ktorý stojí za prečítanie, tu je jeho voľný preklad. Chcem sa poďakovať Faťovi, ktorý mi poskytol preloženú verziu a tým ušetril kopec času.
Osobne sa stotožňujem s týmto článkom. Myslím, že každý tréner, ktorí trénuje dámy sa s podobnou otázkou stretol. Príjemné čítanie.

Trénovanie a STRAVOVANIE sa ako atlét, ktorý chce byt všeobecne a všestranne schopnou bytosťou vo všetkých oblastiach fitnesu (ako napr. v crossfit-e), z vás urobí zdravú ľudskú bytosť. Bodka. When you push human beings to their absolute limit, their struggles with barbells, sleds, natural obstacles and inner demons are on display for the entire CrossFit world in the crucible that is the Games.

From July 11 to 15, the athletes of the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games battled through the competition and provided a host of shining moments that define our sport and will be remembered for years.
