Un-do the desk from your shoulders! If you spend any time on a tech device, at the computer or behind the wheel, your shoulder issues could be stemming from tension and knots in your internal rotator, the subscapularis. Instead of relying on a massage therapist or other body worker to torture you each session, take some time daily to help release this muscle. Your shoulders will thank you! Plus, it's super simple, so you don't really have any excuse not to. You can also do this on a table edge, chair seat or banister. I don't reccomend you use anything harder than a Yoga Tune Up therapy balls, as there are many delicate tissues and nerves in this area. Happy rolling!
