I have been fully involved in sports since I was a child. I did hockey, badminton and tennis, which I still do. But the competition was improving a lot, so I had to. Long hours of training alone on the field were not enough. I lacked strength, so my sister brought me to CrossFit Prague, where I have been training since 2016. I moved a lot physically and CrossFit eventually became the main sport for me.
